Reservation and Payment Terms:

  1. Reservation can be made via Whatsapp (text) +6012 2659 249 or +6016 8686 279.
  2. Upon reservation, a payment link generated and powered by Curlec will be provided to you via Whatsapp and you may make payment by credit card or e-wallet. Curlec is a payment provider authorized by Bank Negara Malaysia and a member of PayNet.
  3. Payment is strictly non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed and secured for customers.
  4. Cancellation / Postponement must be notified in writing by customer at least 21 days from the reservation date, failure to do so will result in all payments forfeited in full.
  5. The cost of the event may be based upon a maximum number of participants and additional participants will be charged at a delegate rate determined by Laser Battle.
  6. All participants shall agree to enter and play at their own risk. Participants shall indemnify Laser Battle management from all liabilities suffered by participants.
  7. Laser Battle is not responsible for participants’ personal belongings.
  8. A nominal processing fee up to 3% is chargeable to the final payment amount.
  9. Customers are advised to be punctual at the reservation time, otherwise may result in losing the slot.
  10. All offers and decisions shall be subjected to Laser Battle management’s final discretion.

 

Refund Policy

At Laser Battle, we strive to provide an enjoyable and seamless experience for all our customers. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we want to ensure clarity regarding our refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. General Refund Policy

  • All sales are final for bookings and walk-in purchases. Once a booking is confirmed or a session begins, no refunds will be issued except under exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Change of Package Order

  • Cancellations made 21 days before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made within 20 days of the scheduled booking will not be entitled for a refund and the option to reschedule for a future date will be at additional cost.
  • Any request of package order change will also be subjected to the above terms. 

3. No-Show Policy

  • If players do not show up for their reserved time slot, no refund will be given. Please ensure you arrive on time for your session.

4. Equipment Malfunction

  • If there is a significant malfunction of laser tag equipment and it is not attended or assisted by our staff on duty that results in the game being unplayable, the player will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. The decision will be solely made by the management.

5. Group Bookings and Special Events

  • Group bookings and private events are subjected to similar terms stipulated on (2), with exception and specified of a separate cancellation and refund terms outlined at the time of booking with the person in charge.

6. Health and Safety Cancellations

  • If you (as host) or the person of interest (as such would be the birthday kid) is feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to reschedule your session for the safety of our staff and other guests. Full refunds may be issued if you notify the person in charge at least 72 hours in advance with proof of medical certificate / letter issued by reputable medical institutions such as clinics and hospitals.

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days and will be issued to your bank account.

8. Management Discretion

  • Laser Battle reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made by management regarding refunds and cancellations are final.
